Terms of service
These are the terms for working with BOOKED FOR YOU LTD ("we", "us"). By signing up to either of our services, you ("the client") agree to them.
What we do
We offer two services:
- The Outbounder — £10/hour. We send daily outbound Instagram DMs from your account. You take over the conversation once a lead replies.
- The Setter — £15/hour. Full service: we handle outbound, replies, objection-handling, send the booking link, and drop appointments into your diary.
Minimum commitment
Both services run on a three-month minimum. DM outreach compounds over time — a one-month trial doesn't show you what we can do. After three months it rolls month-to-month, with 30 days' notice to cancel from either side.
Payment
We agree hours each month upfront and invoice at the start of the month. Invoices are due within 7 days. Late payment may pause the service.
What we need from you
- Access to the Instagram account(s) we'll be working from
- A completed onboarding form covering your offers, tone of voice and ideal client
- Sign-off on the outreach scripts before we go live
- A booking system or calendar we can drop appointments into
What we promise
- To work professionally and confidentially on your account
- To follow Instagram's terms in everything we send — no bots, no automation
- To only send messages you've approved in tone and content
- To report monthly on activity and bookings
What we don't promise
We can't guarantee a specific number of bookings or leads — results depend on factors outside our control (your offer, pricing, audience, market). What we guarantee is the work itself: agreed hours of careful, human DM outreach every working day.
Your work, our work
Scripts, copy and strategy documents we create specifically for you are yours once that month's invoice is paid. The frameworks and methods we use across multiple clients stay ours.
Limits
If something goes wrong, our total liability is capped at the fees you've paid us in the previous three months. We're not responsible for losses caused by Instagram changing their platform, your account being restricted, or anything else outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled by the English courts.
